Jackie Pace Delicata
Biography
Jackie Pace Delicata is a live singer/studio vocalist She was a resident singer on a weekly TV programme in 1999-2000 held on national television. She also took part in musicals such as The Sound of Music, Evita, HMS Pinafore, the MADC Panto and local song festivals and concerts such as il- Festival Għall-Kanzunetta Maltija (2000,2001), Voices Concerts, and Voices Jazz Afloat, and was involved as a solo artist in Spiteri Lucas Entertainment concerts. Jackie also formed part of the choir for Valletta Pageant of the Seas and opening ceremony of the Valletta 2018 programme. Jackie was a backing vocalist for prestigious events such as Rockestra, Ġensna, L-Għanja tal-Poplu, MCO Pop and the Malta International Fireworks Festival. She worked as a backing vocalist with many local artists/bands such as Ira Losco, Red Electrick, Ivan Grech, D Capitals, Versatile Brass Band and Brass House Unit amongst many others. She had the opportunity to be a backing vocalist for Marc Martel during his concert in Malta in 2019. She also accompanied the Maltese representative for the Eurovison Song Contest (2010) in Oslo as a backing vocalist. Jackie is also a member of the Animae Gospel Choir and sings during events such as weddings.
